Shipping & Handling Fees

Within India – Shipping charges vary as per the cart.

Carts below 1000 - Rs. 100; Carts above 1000 - Rs. 250; Carts above 5000 - Free shipping!

Express shipping is available upon request.
International – For international orders there is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.

Production & Shipping Time

Many of our products are personalised or made-to-order, so production times can differ between products. Personalised orders take 7-8 working days; made to order pieces take upto 20-30 days.

If you have ordered many products with different processing times, please consider the longest lead time. To reduce packaging and keep our environmental impact lower, we will ship your entire order as one package.

Shipment times on your order begin after the production times. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.

Expected delivery timelines based on location:Within Mumbai: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the courier to be delivered
Metros: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the courier to be delivered
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the courier to be delivered
International: Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the courier to be delivered

Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.
