How do I care for the products while washing?
Cotton and mal mal become softer with every wash. You can hand wash them separately or machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergents in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat, remove promptly, Dry them in shade. Colours will evolve with time. Warm iron as required. Shape pillows & Quilts should be Dry cleaned only. Specific wash care instructions are given with the product description & also with the product.

Will you take your products back?
We believe in giving back to the society, we will donate the good products & upcycle the others. Take a step to help save the earth & send us the products once your child outgrows them.

Do you customise products?
Yes! We would be happy to help you with any customisation you’d like with our products. We offer personalisation at a minimal charge for most of our products too. Get your lil one’s named embroidered on their favourite Masaya product!

Identifying as a brand that’s proudly made in India, Masaya represents the country’s rich heritage by working with artisans in Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. We feel responsible for building an eco system where ethical wages and right to livelihood are a given. We aim to shift entirely to sustainable packaging and greener methods. A few steps that were taken include – Sustainable packaging with tags made from recycled paper, home-compostable packing tissue and biodegradable mailers too.
